Phase 2 About To Launch (Sep 2011 to Aug 2012)
CCI Phase 2 is about to launch with 12 University partners, a host of new collaborations and a powerful portfolio of contemporary art works in the making.
We are particularly pleased to announce our four flagship projects that will be developed across the region, would like to point you towards the Phase 1 touring exhibition and outline a major partnership project with Turning Point South East.
All Phase 2 programming and core activity continues to respond imaginatively and engagingly to London 2012 and our project portfolio demonstrates a number of common criteria:
- Innovative and high calibre arts practice
- An exceptional learning offer for creative students
- New research methodologies explored through the arts
- Partnership based and equitable knowledge exchange leading to sustained collaboration
- An arts engagement offer to local communities
- Contributing to the hub and legacy of new thinking about the role of HEI’s within the cultural framework
